Where we work
My AZ Pro Heating & Air Conditioning is a husband-and-wife owned company established in 2026 and based in Surprise, Arizona. Our office (by appointment) is at 15331 W. Bell Road, Suite 212, Surprise, AZ 85374, and our deepest local roots are in Surprise and Sun City West. That is our home base, and it is where you will find our most detailed local pages, including our guide to the neighborhoods we serve.
Our service area does not stop there. We service the entire Phoenix metro Valley, and we can also provide service anywhere in Arizona. The owner brings more than 30 years of hands-on HVAC experience, and that experience travels well, whether your home is a few minutes from our Surprise office or several hours up the highway.
Because distance matters for scheduling, the simplest way to find out when we can get to you is to call 833-692-9776 (833-MyAZPro) or contact us. We will be straightforward about what timing we can offer for your location.
West Valley: our home base
The West Valley is where we live and work every day. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with after-hours and same-day service available. If you are in or near Surprise or Sun City West, call and we will let you know what is open on the schedule.

One state, very different climates
Arizona is often pictured as all desert, but heating and cooling needs change a great deal with elevation. In the low desert, which includes the Phoenix metro Valley, Tucson, Yuma, Lake Havasu City and Casa Grande, long, intense summers make air conditioning the system that works hardest. Cooling equipment can run for many hours a day for months at a time, so proper sizing, clean coils, healthy refrigerant charge and good airflow matter a lot. Winters are mild, but desert nights still get cold enough that you want reliable heat.
Move up in elevation and the picture flips. Prescott sits at about a mile high, and Flagstaff is close to 7,000 feet, with cold winters and regular snow. In the high country, heating becomes the priority, and many homes rely on gas furnaces, while summer cooling loads are much lighter than in the Valley.
That difference shapes equipment choices:
- Heat pumps heat and cool with one system and are a common, efficient fit for the low desert, where winters are mild.
- Gas and electric furnaces are often paired with an air conditioner and are well suited to colder areas where heating demand is high.
- Dual-fuel or cold-climate options may make sense in higher-elevation homes; we will walk you through the trade-offs for your specific house.

How to schedule service
Scheduling is easiest by phone. Call 833-692-9776 (833-MyAZPro) and tell us your city or ZIP code, what your system is doing and the type of equipment you have, if you know it. For homes in Surprise, Sun City West and the rest of the West Valley, ask about same-day and after-hours availability. For the rest of the Valley and locations elsewhere in Arizona, we will check the schedule and arrange a visit time that works for your location.
