My AZ Pro Heating & Air Conditioning is a husband-and-wife owned company serving Surprise and Sun City West, Arizona. We bring three generations of family air conditioning know-how and more than 30 years of hands-on experience to every home we walk into.

Where it all began
It started with her grandfather
Some families pass down recipes. Ours passed down a toolbox, a set of gauges and a way of treating people.
Long before My AZ Pro had a name, her grandfather was the person neighbors called when the air stopped blowing cold. He lived by a few simple rules: show up when you say you will, find the real problem instead of guessing, and never charge a family for something they don’t need.
He taught those rules to her dad, right alongside the craft itself: how to read a pressure gauge, how to braze a clean, leak-free joint, and how to listen to a compressor the way a doctor listens to a heartbeat. The lessons were never just technical. Her grandfather made sure her dad understood that behind every service call is a person who is uncomfortable, worried and counting on you.
She grew up surrounded by it. There was talk of capacitors and condensers at the dinner table. The phone would ring on a hot evening and her dad would head back out the door because a family needed him. She learned early that fixing an air conditioner is never really about the machine. It’s about the grandmother who can’t be in the heat, the new parents with a baby sleeping down the hall, the family who just wants to feel at home again.
Then came him
She married a man who spoke the same language
When she met her husband, she recognized something familiar right away. He was building his own career in heating and air conditioning, and he approached the work the same way her grandfather and her dad always had: with patience, with pride and with a flat refusal to cut corners.
That was the beginning of more than 30 years in the business for him. In that time he has worked on nearly every kind of system you’ll find in a home, from older units that need a little coaxing to modern high-efficiency heat pumps and smart thermostats. He has watched the trade change around him, with new refrigerants, tougher efficiency standards and smarter technology, and he has kept learning at every step.
What hasn’t changed is the way he treats people. He explains what he finds in plain English. He shows you your options, including the less expensive one, and he lets you decide. He cleans up after himself. And when a repair will do the job, he won’t try to sell you a new system.

The night My AZ Pro was born
In 2026, sitting at the dinner table one evening, the two of them started talking about what came next.
He had three decades of experience in the field. She had grown up with the trade in her blood and a natural gift for taking care of people. Between them was a lifetime of lessons handed down from her grandfather to her dad and on to their own kitchen table. So the question was simple: why not do this together, under our own name, for our own community?
It started as “wouldn’t that be fun.” By the end of the night it had become something bigger. They realized it could be a true asset to the community they love: a company where the owners personally answer for every job, where a retiree on a fixed income gets the same honest advice as anyone else, and where “we’ll be there” actually means something.
My AZ Pro was born that night, out of family, experience and a shared belief that people deserve a heating and air company they can trust like a neighbor.
