No extra charge nights, after-hours or weekends
Air conditioners do not break down on a schedule, and in Arizona a failed system on a July night is more than an inconvenience. Many companies add overtime or emergency fees after hours. We do not. A repair on a Saturday night costs the same as the same repair on a Tuesday morning, for residential and commercial customers alike.
Your price in writing before we start
After we diagnose the problem, we explain what we found in plain English and give you your exact price in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it. If there are options, such as a repair now versus a replacement later, we show you both so you can decide.
Diagnostic fee waived with any repair
Our service call is $95, and our diagnostic fee is $95. When you move forward with any repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. If you decide not to move forward, the diagnostic fee applies, and you keep the information about what is wrong with your system.
